In 2018, the Annual Invasive and Pest Ant Conference will be held in conjunction with National Conference on Urban Entomology on 20-23 May in Cary, NC.

Hotel registration is open! Visit the hotel’s website. Enter CUE in the Group Code box under ‘special rate codes’ and the special conference price will display!

Additional notes from Kyle Jordan:

There is an opening reception Sunday evening at the hotel at 6:00. The conference officially starts Monday, May 21 at 8:00 and runs through morning sessions on Wednesday (until 11/noon, usually).

Fly into the Raleigh/Durham airport (RDU). The hotel is fairly close to the airport – a shuttle that will pick you up if you call the hotel once you land. Otherwise, cab/uber/lyft can get you there quickly. If you’re driving in to RTP, the hotel has free parking.
